Behavioral health services are only available to patients of our medical practices.
Licensed Clinical Social Workers are professionals who help people with their everyday lives. They help to resolve social disputes and problems and are trained to consider all the factors of a person’s situation, working with them to problem solve and grow and affecting positive change within the larger environment in which we all live.
Our Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) help facilitate the provision of mental health/substance abuse services to our patients. They can help coordinate patient services to include: linking clients to community resources and/or providers, performing clinical assessments, diagnosis, orientation, treatment planning, individual/group counseling, drug education, record keeping, case management, crisis planning and discharge planning for our clientele. They may also make referrals to the local Community Services Board as deemed necessary.
